El trabajo se desarrolla como una herramienta de reconocimiento de atributos por categorías proyectuales que analiza las variables de Morfología, geografía, paisaje, infraestructura, sociedad y arquitectura con el fin de que se identifiquen los problemas y ventajas más relevantes de la comunidad. También se hace de suprema importancia buscar en cada categoría proyectual la propuesta y la identificación del modelo mediante el cual la población ocupo el territorio en el que actualmente se instalan.The main objective in this paper is to analyse the Rocío Alto neighbourhood in Pereira. The analysis is developed as a recognition tool with projective attributes by categories which evaluate the variables of morphology, geography, landscapes, infrastructure, architecture and society in order to identify the most relevant problems and advantages of the community. It is also important to go beyond and seek in each projecting category the proposal and the identification model of the territory whereby the population have currently occupied.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
