This analysis is performed by an algorithm developed in Matlab and compared with the results generated by the analytical method and Comsol Multiphysics simulationsEn este trabajo, haciendo uso del método de elementos finitos (MEF) en elasticidad bidimensional, se calculan los cambios en el factor de concentración de esfuerzos generados cuando se utilizan diferentes elementos de aproximación (CST, LST, Q4 y Q8) en placas planas, además, es objeto de estudio si el refinamiento de la malla en las cercanías al concentrador, afecta el valor del factor de concentrador de esfuerzos. Este análisis se realizó por medio de un algoritmo desarrollado en Matlab y sus resultados se comparan con los generados por el método analítico y las simulaciones de Comsol Multiphysics.Neste trabalho, fazendo uso do método de elementos finitos (MEF) em elasticidade bidimensional, se calculam as mudanças no fator de concentração de esforços gerados quando se utilizam diferentes elementos de aproximação (CST, LST, Q4 e Q8) em placas planas, além disso, é objeto de estudo se o refinamento da malha nas proximidades ao concentrador, afeta o valor do fator de concentrador de esforços.
