In this review the commercial effects generated on the national dairy sector by the Swiss enterprises and the dilemma presented between the Colombian dairy sector and the Swiss dairy enterprises are analyzed. De 1992 a 2007, el sector lácteo colombiano se encontró de diferentes maneras influenciado por las grandes empresas lácteas suizas que han operado en el país desde el origen del Tratado de Amistad, Establecimiento y Comercio en el año 1908. En esta reseña se describen los efectos comerciales generados en el sector lácteo nacional por las empresas suizas y se analiza el conflicto presentado entre el sector lácteo colombiano y las multinacionales helvéticas.
