Las migraciones le permiten al hombre ampliar sus horizontes, conocer nuevas culturas, países y personas y lo hacen más tolerante y consciente, permitiéndole crear relaciones con individuos de los cuatro puntos cardinales del mundo. Así pues, debe tomarse conciencia de un fenómeno como las migraciones internacionales y la afectación que tienen en esta población, ya que son ellos quienes se enfrentan a las distintas prácticas y elementos culturales de su nuevo entorno, por ello es necesario que tanto los distintos estamentos gubernamentales, como la sociedad en general reflexionen sobre dicha problemática y se planteen soluciones para este fenómeno social. For centuries the human being has looked for the way of improving his quality of life, from his beginnings as nomad, when they were travelling to and from trying to survive, migrating. The migrations allow the man to extend his horizons, to know new cultures, countries and persons and they make it more tolerant and conscious, allowing him to create relations with individuals of four cardinal points of the world. This way so, it must been aware of a phenomenon as the international migrations and the affectation that they have in this population, since they are they who face the different practices and cultural elements of his new environment, for it is necessary that both the different governmental estates, and the company in general they think about the above mentioned problematics and solutions appear for this social phenomenon.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
