Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2009Este trabajo consiste en el análisis, planteamiento, desarrollo y ejecución de un equipamiento de servicios como lo es un “hotel y centro de convenciones”, denominado así por la normativa vigente aplicable a este tipo de establecimientos. Debido al crecimiento desmedido de las ciudades se ve la necesidad de implementar un proyecto de alto impacto no sólo a nivel local, sino también a escala municipal, regional y metropolitana. Se pretende brindar herramientas que permitan mitigar impactos urbanos, que satisfagan una serie de necesidades colectivas. / Abstract: This work consists in the analysis, approach, development and implementation of a service enhancements such as a hotel and convention center ", named by the rules applicable to such establishments. Due to the uncontrolled growth of cities is the need to implement a high impact not only locally but also at the municipal, regional and metropolitan.
