The exposition is developed from three perspective: the financier, key for the administrator in the process of decision making; the economic one that includes/ understands the macroeconomic scenes micro and, the economic policy and its implications in the organizations; and administrative with which one looks for to include/understand the social and cultural phenomena of the community where is inserted the study object Acueducto Comunitario Cestillal El Diamante (ACUCESDI).El presente documento tiene como objeto contribuir al conocimiento del tipo de racionalidad presente en la asignación de precios de un bien público, cuando la finalidad es la seguridad social, especialmente de la población vulnerable.
