Abstract: This project focuses on the realization of a web information system, which is in charge of the registration and control of the data of the psychoeducational department of the Carlos Castro Saavedra School, for the development of this project, the cascade function is taken as a reference. Can by the definition of the requirements, the design of the software and the system, the implementation and the tests of unit, the integration and the tests of the system, the operation and the maintenance, as a result of a project ordered rigorously in the base of the cycle of software life.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
