Cohesión étnica en Villa Santana barrio Tokio, Pereira Risaralda

La investigación realizada en la ciudadela de Tokio, Villa Sanata, Pereira, Risaralda busca promover la cohesión étnica y la convivencia entre comunidades afro e indígenas, todo a través de un enfoque integral, la cual será abordada por la vivienda, el espacio público y el déficit actual de vivienda. La metodología busca encontrar convergencias territoriales y la reactivación de la infraestructura urbana. Los resultados de la parte investigativa sugieren que la vivienda vertical como optimizador del uso del suelo. Las conclusiones destacan que la vivienda vertical mejora la calidad de vida, fomenta la cohesión étnica y promueve el contexto urbano diversificado, enfatizando el dialogo intercultural, desarrollo económico, participación ciudadana y sostenibilidad ambiental. /Abstract: The research carried out in the Tokyo citadel, Villa Sanata, Pereira, Risaralda seeks to promote ethnic cohesion and coexistence between Afro and indigenous communities, all through a comprehensive approach, which will be addressed by housing, public space and the current housing deficit. The methodology seeks to find territorial convergences and the reactivation of urban infrastructure. The results of the research part suggest that vertical housing as an optimizer of land use. The conclusions highlight that vertical housing improves quality of life, fosters ethnic cohesion and promotes a diversified urban context, emphasizing intercultural dialogue, economic development, citizen participation and environmental sustainability
