From a qualitative approach seeks to identify the impact ofsocial networks on the participation of young people as political subjects in asociety where ICTs play an important role as a communication medium, withchannels of free expression and continued participation in various topics ofinterest and reason for mobilization in social sectors.El artículo muestra algunas reflexiones sobre el ejercicio investigativo exploratorio realizado en un grupo de cogestores pertenecientes a la Estrategia Nacional para la Superación de la Pobreza Extrema- ANSPE. Desde un enfoque cualitativo se pretende identificar la incidencia de las redes sociales en la participación de estos jóvenes como sujetos políticos en una sociedad donde las TIC juegan un papel importante como medio de comunicación.
