Además de la comodidad adecuada, es esencial que las viviendas se integren con la ciudad. Es decir, los trabajos, la vida social, con la naturaleza, en pocas palabras la vida cotidiana. Es tener un lugar para contribuir a una vida para avanzar y prosperar. / Abstract: Having a good home means much more than having a roof. Good housing is essential for human well-being. In addition to adequate comfort, it is essential that the dwellings integrate with the city. That is, jobs, social life, with nature, in short, everyday life. It is having a place to contribute to a life to advance and prosper. The project allows the mixture or multiplicity of uses that add complexity to the spatial relationships. On the first floor, commerce and culture are proposed through a commercial passage connecting streets 11 and 12, an axis made up of factors from cities, strengthening the economy of the municipality, achieving the profitability and safety of the site. The collective dwelling is located on its floors with the objective of human interrelation. El proyecto permite la mixtura o multiplicidad de usos que agreguen complejidad a las relaciones espaciales. En el primer piso, se propone comercio y cultura a través de un pasaje comercial conectando las calles 11 y 12 un eje planteado compuesto de factores de ciudades, fortaleciendo la economía del municipio, logrando la rentabilidad y seguridad del sitio. En sus plantas se ubica la vivienda colectiva teniendo como objetivo la interrelación humana.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
