The review was conducted withdifferent documents published by different authors, specialists in the subjectand found that companies socially responsible, need to be enrolled with laborrights for workers, the welfare of communities and to advance in preservationprograms for the environment to contribute sustainable development.Este artículo muestra la discusión alrededor de cómo establecer el grado de responsabilidad social empresarial de una empresa. Se plantean conceptos para evaluar si las actividades desarrolladas como responsabilidad social empresarial son suficientes aun sin estar enmarcadas en un programa definido desde la estrategia empresarial.
