Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009Se ha desarrollado una investigación con el objetivo de estructurar un departamento de alquiler de equipos especializados para mantenimientos aeronáuticos en la compañía Impointer S.A La implementación de la solución propuesta ayudara a la organización a incrementar las ventas y complementar el portafolio de productos con el fin de lograr un posicionamiento a nivel nacional. Para esto fue necesario hacer un diagnóstico interno y externo de la compañía buscando identificar las principales fortalezas para adecuarlas al proyecto y hacerlo mas competitivo. Se hace entrega a la compañía del diseño preliminar Impointer Rental, el cual según lo estimado puede entrar a operar en pruebas piloto a partir del año 2010 /Abstract: An investigation It’s been developed to structure a department that rents especial equipment for aeronautic maintenance at the Impointer S.A company. The proposed solution implementation will help the organization to increase sales and to complement the products portfolio looking forward to achieve a national level positioning. Therefore it was necessary to make for the company an internal and external diagnostic trying to identify the main strengths adapting them to the project and making it more competitive. It’s been gave to the company the preliminary design of Impointer Rental; it’s estimated it can start operating pilot testing from year 2010.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
