Re-Interpretación de un Centro Consolidado - Par vial Carrera 7° y 8° Pereira-Risaralda = Re- interpretation of consolidated Center - Par via Carrera 7th and 8th Pereira - RisaraldaTratamiento EspacialPeatónMejor Calidad de VidaSpatial TreatmentPedestrianBetter Quality of LifeTrabajo de grado (Diseñadores Industrial), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015La propuesta urbana “PAR VIAL” fue concebida en el sector ubicado entre la carrera 7° y 8° contenida en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Pereira; que debido a su alto déficit de calidad y tratamiento de espacialidad para el usuario, se hace necesario realizar una intervención urbanística, que permita dar prioridad al peatón sobre el flujo vehicular, y de esta manera establecer un recorrido que garantice la conexión y óptima funcionalidad del eje peatonal y de los tres parques principales como son el Lago Uribe Uribe, la Plaza de Bolívar y el Parque de la Libertad. El desarrollo de esta propuesta, se estructura a partir del cambio de uso, temporalidad y estrategias para mejorar el confort y seguridad social; buscando solucionar problemáticas descubiertas tras el análisis sectorial, en procura de generar una mejor calidad de vida al habitante urbano en el centro de la ciudad. Abstract: The urban proposal " PAR ROAD " was conceived in the sector located between career 7th and 8th contained in the historic center of the city of Pereira , which due to its high quality deficits and treatment of spatiality to the user , it was necessary make a planning intervention to prioritize pedestrian traffic flow on , and thus establish a route that ensures optimal connection and functionality of pedestrian axis and the three major parks such as Lago Uribe Uribe , Plaza de Bolivar y Park de la libertad through a change of use , timing and strategies to improve comfort and social security. Looking solve problems discovered after the sectoral analysis such as: Heterogeneity in the facades , discontinuous flow vehicular , pedestrian walking public spatiality deficit stays, lack of furniture and urban elements , lack of efficient elements that regulate and optimize the solar control, pretending to generate a better quality of life to the urban dweller in the city center .Universidad Católica de Pereira.
