Vivienda en fragmentosPráctica Empresarial ( Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010Resumen: La vivencia y la intervención en el desarrollo de los procesos de una obra generan interrogantes de cómo se debe confrontar el quehacer dentro de las posibilidades que le presenta la evolución del proceso. En este documento se propone una serie de métodos de gestión que se puedan utilizar en todos los periodos del proceso según los requerimientos de las circunstancias. Estos métodos tienen como base el seguir las actividades y a los tangibles lo cual genera referencias a la hora de confrontar el desarrollo del proceso. La documentación de este proceso de formación brindara apoyo a los estudiantes, docentes, arquitectos, que se interesen en conocer aspectos destacados de las oportunidades que presenta el residir en la ejecución de una obra. / Abstract: The experience and the intervention in the development of the processes of a work generate questions of how it is necessary to confront the occupation inside the possibilities that him the evolution of the process presents. This document proposes a series of methods of management that could be in use in all the periods of the process according to the requirements of the circumstances. These methods have as base follow the activities and to the tangible ones which generates references at the moment of confronting the development of the process.
