SERENATA PARA UN POLÌTICO “Poco serena y con mucho grito” es una mirada externa a un fenómeno musical presente en Pereira y a su expansión y puesta en comun de ideologías, posturas y nuevas formas de hacer política. SERENATA PARA UN POLÌTICO “Poco serena y con mucho grito”,character is an informative documentary that aims to show how the policy is dealt with by the youth of the city of Pereira, belonging to two musical representative of the city such as the Punk and Reggae, and if they still retain the doctrines with which the genre in its infancy.
