(Especialización en gestión de la arquitectura sostenible), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira 2023En Colombia, el turismo marca una pauta importante ya que ha sido identificado como uno de los sectores clave en el marco del desarrollo económico de los diferentes sectores comerciales y se servicios, lo anterior propicia planes de desarrollo a nivel nacional y departamental, enfocados en la realización de estas líneas estratégicas que permiten responder a la demanda generada por ingreso de turistas extranjeros y nacionales ocasionan un movimiento dinámico con la población de nuestro país. Este impacto se ve reflejado en la dinámica cultural y turística de los diferentes municipios los cuales propician escenarios adecuados para el desarrollo de actividades de los diferentes viajeros, ahora bien el municipio de Roldanillo valle del cauca suele ser identificado a nivel nacional e internacional por el Museo Rayo, este municipio se convirtió en el primer pueblo mágico del Valle del Cauca, por su valor cultural e histórico y por sus figuras representativas de la cultura y el arte, así como su gastronomía y parapentismo. Es conocido por ser uno de los mejores sitios para el desarrollo del vuelo libren parapente, “su clima templado, las cualidades paisajísticas, los amplios sitios de aterrizaje, además de la excelente malla vial del departamento, son atributos suficientes para que año tras año más extranjeros y nacionales practiquen este deporte en la región. (El diario el País. 2017. P.7) Sin embargo, presenta una serie de debilidades que no permiten su consolidación entre estas se encuentra el sector hotelero que inicialmente es el principal beneficiario por la llegada de deportistas y turistas que visitan el municipio en temporada, no obstante, y en vista de la afluencia turística se evidencia una limitada capacidad hospedaje propiciando servicios no planeados para poder abastecer la demanda de turistas, dando paso al hospedaje informal, también conocido como extra-hotelero. Esta situación genera la no permanencia de los turistas en el municipio ya que no se ofrece un servicio hotelero con capacidad cuantitativa y cualitativa. Abstract: In Colombia, tourism sets an important pattern since it has been identified as one of the key sectors in the framework of the economic development of the different commercial and service sectors, the above favors development plans at the national and departmental levels, focused on the Carrying out these strategic lines that allow responding to the demand generated by the entry of foreign and national tourists cause a dynamic movement with the population of our country. This impact is reflected in the cultural and tourist dynamics of the different municipalities which provide suitable scenarios for the development of activities of the different travelers, however the municipality of Roldanillo Valle del Cauca is usually identified nationally and internationally by the Museum. Rayo, this municipality became the first magical town of Valle del Cauca, for its cultural and historical value and for its representative figures of culture and art, as well as its gastronomy and paragliding. It is known for being one of the best sites for the development of paragliding free flight, "its temperate climate, the landscape qualities, the wide landing sites, in addition to the excellent road network of the department, are sufficient attributes so that year after year more foreigners and nationals practice this sport in the region. P.7) However, it presents a series of weaknesses that do not allow its consolidation, among these is the hotel sector, which is initially the main beneficiary due to the arrival of athletes and tourists who visit the municipality in season, however, and in view of the tourist influx, a limited lodging capacity is evident, favoring unplanned services to be able to supply the demand of tourists, giving way to informal lodging, also known as extra-hotel.
