Proyecto arquitectónico complejo administrativo ubicado en el Corredor Ambiental de CancelesCorredor AmbientalEnvironmental CorridorBioclimáticaBioclimaticTerritorioTerritoryIntervención.Intervention.Trabajo de grado (Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente documento cuenta el proceso de investigación que se realizó en la zona de protección ambiental del Cerro Canceles en Pereira, Risaralda, especialmente en el borde de transición que rodea esta zona rural en medio de la urbanización, el cual en cada uno de sus diferentes puntos estratégicos cuenta con diversas dinámicas sociales, económicas y culturales, de igual modo el documento detalla el proceso que conllevo a la realización del diseño arquitectónico del Complejo de Administración Integral, abordando temáticas ambientales, sociales y necesidades que afectan a los habitantes de las zonas rurales de Pereira específicamente del corregimiento La Bella y suelos suburbanos como la comuna Villa Santana. El enfoque natural es entonces una de las características principales y de mayor importancia ya que las intervenciones realizadas en la malla de protección ambiental buscan mantener el hábitat de fauna y flora que habitan en estas zonas, diseñando así arquitectura no solo para la ciudad sino también para los animales, desarrollando estrategias bioclimáticas y amigables con la naturaleza. Abstract: This document tells about the research process that was carried out in the environmental protection zone of Cerro Canceles in Pereira, Risaralda, especially in the transition border that surrounds this rural area in the middle of the urbanization, which in each of its different strategic points have diverse social, economic and cultural dynamics, in the same way the document details the process that led to the realization of the architectural design of the Center for Integral Administration, addressing environmental, social issues and needs that affect the inhabitants of rural areas Pereira specifically from the district of La Bella and suburban soils such as the commune Villa Santana. The natural approach is then one of the main and most important characteristics since the interventions made in the environmental protection mesh seek to maintain the habitat of fauna and flora that inhabit these areas, thus designing architecture not only for the city but also for the animals, developing bioclimatic and nature friendly strategies.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
