A lo largo de estas páginas, se justificara la implementación de este proyecto, desde el punto de vista metodológico y pedagógico, especificando las teorías que apoyan la inserción de las TIC en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Así mismo, se especifica la metodología utilizada para el proceso de desarrollo del software. Estructuralmente el proyecto consta de cuatro capítulos: En el primero “Antecedentes” se describen todos los aspectos generales del proyecto y sus objetivos, a la vez que se presenta una alternativa de solución; el segundo “Marco Referencial” presenta los conceptos y teorías que fundamentaron el desarrollo del proyecto, tanto a nivel de la investigación, como en la elaboración del software. En el tercero “Desarrollo del Sistema” se explica todo lo relativo a la creación del software, metodología utilizada y requerimientos. Por último, en el cuarto capítulo “Resultados”, se presentan los resultados del proceso de desarrollo del software e imágenes de su interfaz. \Abstract: This work entitled " Educational Software for the proper use of ICT " focuses on the creation of a special software for children of elementary school , through which they learn through interactive tools to responsibly use information technologies and communication known as TIC . Throughout these pages , the implementation of this project is justified from the point of methodological and pedagogical view , specifying the theories that support the integration of ICT in the teaching - learning. Likewise , the methodology used for software development process is specified. Structurally, the project consists of four chapters: the first "Background " describes all general aspects of the project and its objectives, while an alternative solution is presented ; the second " guiding framework " presents the concepts and theories that justified the project , both in terms of research and in the development of software. In the third " System Development " explains everything about the creation of software, methodology and requirements. Finally , in the fourth chapter "Results" , the results of the software development process and images of its interface are presented .Universidad Católica de Pereira.
