For this study, the area selected is the metalworking in the Department of Risaralda, and the company under consideration is Magnetron S.A., from the administrative processes point of view, macroeconomics and cost accounting. The analysis is on how the organization works, time allocation, how the allocation of costs is, how its organizational structure is and how these factors contribute to the company's productivity and therefore its contribution to the development of the region.El articulo que aparece a continuación gira en torno a los criterios de productividad y postura estratégica de las empresas como factores claves para el desarrollo de sus actividades. El sector seleccionado para este estudio es el de la metalmecánica, la empresa objeto de estudio es Magnetrón S.A., desde los procesos administrativos, la macroeconomía y la contabilidad de costos se analiza el sector en el Departamento del Risaralda.
