The second is social cohesion, understood as the mechanisms that tie individuals and groups to the social dynamic, thereby creating a sense of social belonging. Student and professor research groups recreate the notion of a community of learning and should share the same cooperation and communication principles.La nueva concepción en la construcción de conocimiento y en la formación en Administración de Empresas implica dos momentos: el epistemológico, en una Facultad que considera a los estudiantes incluidos en relación formación- investigación-proyección social y, el de la cohesión social, entendida como los mecanismos que integran a los individuos y grupos a la dinámica social y crea así su sentido de adhesión y pertenencia a la sociedad porque reconoce que su futuro quehacer tiene que ver con el apoyo a procesos más equitativos y pertinentes con las necesidades de su vida en sociedad.
