Existen investigaciones antecedentes que datan acerca de la relación de la AF con la SM; sin embargo, dicho vinculo no está esclarecido y hay inconsistencias en la literatura. Por lo tanto, el objetivo estudiar la asociación entre AF y SM durante el brote del Covid-19 a través de una revisión sistemática. La búsqueda fue realizada en las bases de datos electrónicas Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, PsyNet y Scielo. Los artículos encontrados fueron sometidos a criterios de exclusión y elegibilidad. Los 17 artículos seleccionados para la revisión sistemática fueron examinados según el formato STROBE para la evaluación de calidad y formato de extracción de datos, en que se incluían variables de tipo descriptivo de cada artículo, así como su asociación estadística, valores p y OR de las variables de interés. Resultados Se encontró que la mayoría de los artículos entienden la SM desde síntomas patológicos, pues las mediciones de esta variable fueron realizadas principalmente en estrés, depresión y ansiedad; la minoría evaluó la SM a través del bienestar, calidad de sueño, estado de ánimo, soledad, hipocondriasis, calidad de vida y estado de ánimo. Estas variables fueron asociadas con medidas y tipos heterogéneos de AF. / Abstract. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak in the face of the health emergency, and governments began to adopt preventive isolation and biosecurity measures that have had impacts on the physical and mental health (MS) of the world population . There is antecedent research dating back to the relationship of FA with MS; however, this link is not clear and there are inconsistencies in the literature. Therefore, the objective is to study the association between FA and MS during the Covid-19 outbreak through a systematic review. The search was carried out in the electronic databases Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, PsyNet and Scielo. The articles found were subjected to exclusion and eligibility criteria. The 17 articles selected for the systematic review were examined according to the STROBE format for quality evaluation and data extraction format, which included descriptive variables of each article, as well as their statistical association, p and OR values of the variables. of interest. Results It was found that the majority of the articles understand MS from pathological symptoms, since the measurements of this variable were carried out mainly in stress, depression and anxiety; the minority evaluated MS through well-being, sleep quality, mood, loneliness, hypochondriasis, quality of life, and mood.
