Una de las actividades, es ejecutar la parte operativa, donde se revisa la sincronización entre interfaces, con el ERP actual “Microsoft Dynamics AX”, garantizando que los pedidos de venta, devoluciones y recaudos de la empresa queden aplicados correctamente. De manera alterna se lleva a cabo el apoyo a la gerencia de proyectos, con el seguimiento para la implementación del nuevo ERP “SAP”, con el cual, se busca optimizar y automatizar sus procesos de negocio, permitiendo a la empresa crecer, gestionar y controlar las distintas áreas tanto administrativas como operativas. Abstract: The professional practice is based on two activities, that are linked, by dealing with the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system (ERP). One of the activities, is to execute the operational part, where the synchronization between interfaces, with the current ERP "Microsoft Dynamics AX" is reviewed, guaranteeing that the sales orders, returns and collections of the company are applied correctly. Alternately the support for project management, with monitoring for the implementation of the new ERP "SAP", with which it, seeks to optimize and automate its business processes, allowing the company to grow, manage and control the different administrative and operational areas.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
