El propósito de esta tipología de vivienda se centra en incentivar la adecuada ocupación del área rural del municipio de Ibagué en el departamento del Tolima, por medio de la vinculación de la dimensión productiva, hablando específicamente de los cultivos y la comercialización de los mismos, esto logrado a través de la implementación de espacios comerciales a la vivienda y el cambio de percepción de los cultivos por uno más paisajístico y turístico.Se busca que mediante la realización del proyecto se descentralice el crecimiento urbano del municipio que es bastante denso y permita el desarrollo en las áreas rurales del municipio, convirtiendo el aprovechamiento de este territorio rural en oportunidades para que, desde los fundamentos sostenibles, combinados con todo el contexto ambiental se construyan y se proyecten viviendas más adecuadas para el territorio en el que se implantan. Abstrac: The municipality of Ibagué, in the department of Tolima in Colombia, according to the municipal development plan 2020-2023, is projected as a city that needs to face its delays in terms of territorial development, fulfilling objectives focused on economic, social and population aspects. , sustainable and others that allow the equitable development of the municipality. The purpose of this type of housing is focused on encouraging the adequate occupation of the rural area of the municipality of Ibagué in the department of Tolima, by linking the productive dimension, specifically speaking of crops and their marketing, this achieved through the implementation of commercial spaces for housing and the change of perception of crops for a more scenic and touristy one.
