Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2012La ola invernal de 2010 y 2011 asociada al fenómeno climático de la Niña se caracterizó por un incremento considerable de las precipitaciones en las regiones Caribe y Andina de Colombia, siendo el Canal del Dique una de las subregiones afectadas en mayor grado por las inundaciones. San Cristóbal, en el departamento de Bolívar, es uno de los municipios de dicho ámbito que ha sufrido en diversos modos los efectos de la emergencia ambiental, debido a esto se realiza un estudio en busca de generar propuestas para un desarrollo sostenible del municipio, segurando de esta manera la convivencia armónica con el territorio./ Abstract: The rainy season of 2010 and 2011 associated with La Niña weather phenomenon characterized by a significant increase in rainfall in the Caribbean and Andean regions of Colombia, with the Canal del Dique of the sub regions affected to a greater degree by the floods.
