La vivienda emergente como solución inmediata a las viviendas informales en el barrio el Remanso, Pereira.Vivienda InformalInformal housingPrototipoPrototypeVivienda EmergenteEmerging housingModularModularTrabajo de Grado ( Arquitectura) , Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2022.La problemática de vivienda informal se evidencia no solo a nivel nacional sino también internacional, es allí donde surge la necesidad de darle una solución a este problema, en el cual se ve vulnerado el derecho a la vida, gran parte de las viviendas se sitúan en zonas de riesgo por remoción de masa, inundaciones o el desarrollo de ésta es con materiales de baja calidad y de manera improvisada, el objetivo es desarrollar un prototipo de vivienda emergente, en respuesta a problemáticas evidenciadas en el barrio el Remanso en la ciudad de Pereira, que contenga un desarrollo urbanístico, paisajístico y arquitectónico. La metodología implementada en este trabajo es recopilar información: Social, económico, territorial, ambiental, que permita tener un acercamiento a la zona de investigación, conociendo su carácter socioeconómico, territorial y etnográfico social. Entendiendo esto se proyecta el diseño de una de vivienda emergente modular y adaptativa al usuario cumpliendo con la normativa. Abstract: The problem of informal housing is evident not only nationally but also internationally, it is there where the need arises to provide a solution to this problem, in which the right to life is violated, most of the houses are located in areas at risk by landslides, floods or the development of this is with low quality materials and improvised way, the objective is to develop a prototype of emerging housing, in response to problems evidenced in the Remanso neighborhood in the city of Pereira, containing an urban, landscape and architectural development. The methodology implemented in this work is to collect information: social, economic, territorial, environmental, which allows to have an approach to the research area, knowing its socioeconomic, territorial and ethnographic social character.
