El sistema moda para los municipios de Pereira y Dosquebradas es de gran importancia ya que es un sector generador de empleo y con gran presencia en las exportaciones realizadas por el departamento de Risaralda; sin embargo las exportaciones realizadas por el sistema moda en los últimos años a países pertenecientes a la Alianza del Pacífica han ido decayendo, pasando de exportar en el año 2011 cerca de 9 millones de dólares, a exportar 3 millones de dólares en el año 2018, siendo muy notable el decrecimiento de este sector tan importante del comercio internacional como lo es el sistema moda. Para lograr hacer un paralelo entre las exportaciones hechas antes de que entrara en vigor la alianza del pacífico y las exportaciones hechas después de su entrada en vigor, se identificaron las empresas de este sector del sistema moda y sus exportaciones hacia los países miembros de la alianza del pacífico como lo son, México, Perú y Chile; identificando un decrecimiento en las exportaciones realizadas hacía estos países. Abstract: Countries are in a constant search for ways to increase their presence in foreign markets with locally generated products, the trade balance as is known is largely made up of exports that countries can make, being exports even more important than the imports that are made due to the lack of certain resources or machinery necessary to carry out local consumption products or exportable products. The fashion system for the municipalities of Pereira and Dosquebradas is of great importance since it is a sector that generates employment and has a large presence in exports made by the department of Risaralda; however, the exports made by the fashion system in recent years to countries belonging to the Pacific Alliance have been declining, from exporting in the year 2011 about 9 million dollars, to export 3 million dollars in the year 2018, the decrease of this important sector of international trade being very remarkable as is the fashion system.
