description A project-scheduling problem (PSP) is addressed to coordinate and program supply in the chain of a company based on projects (PBO - Project Based Organizations). The model fi rstly considered the cost attributable to the use of resources needed for the implementation of such activities, and subsequently programming of the provision of resources and cash fl ow bound to pay suppliers, considering among other limitations the capacity and diversity of resources off ered by suppliers of the project. The results show that after the implementation of the strategy of coordination of shared information, the cost of procurement management could be optimized within projects. The methodology developed can be applied by PBO organizations or companies that eventually carry out projects.

El modelo considera, en un primer aspecto, el costo asignable a la utilización de recursos durante la ejecución de las actividades y posteriormente la programación del suministro de recursos y los fl ujos de caja con destino al pago de proveedores, considerando como limitaciones entre otras, la capacidad y diversidad de recursos ofertados por los proveedores del proyecto. En los resultados se observa que a partir de la aplicación de la estrategia de coordinación de información compartida, es posible optimizar el costo de la gestión de abastecimiento en proyectos. La metodología desarrollada puede ser aplicada por organizaciones PBO o por compañías que realicen proyectos de forma eventual.Se expõe o tema de programação de projetos (PSP) para coordenar e programar o abastecimento na rede de fornecimento de uma empresa baseada em projetos (PBO - Project Based Organizations). O modelo considera, num primeiro aspecto, o custo atribuído à utilização de recursos durante a execução das atividades e posteriormente a programação do fornecimento de recursos e os fl uxos de Caixa destinado ao pagamento de fornecedores, considerando como limitações entre outros, a capacidade e diversidade de recursos oferecidos pelos fornecedores do projeto. Nos resultados se observa que a partir da aplicação da estratégia de coordenação de informação compartilhada, é possível melhorar o custo do gerenciamento de abastecimento em projetos.
