description El liderazgo transformacional es un factor clave en la gestión organizacional por su impacto en la motivación, compromiso y desempeño de los colaboradores. Este estudio, basado en una revisión bibliográfica con alcance del estado del arte, analiza su comprensión en la literatura entre 2021 y 2024. Se seleccionaron 77 artículos indexados en Scopus, y de acuerdo con la depuración de la información, se analizan 35 artículos permitiendo identificar su influencia en la salud mental, cultura organizacional, innovación, sostenibilidad y productividad laboral. Como resultados a destacar se evidencian desafíos en su implementación, especialmente en entornos de trabajo remoto y sectores regulados. Se concluye que el liderazgo transformacional contribuye en la gestión del cambio, creación de entornos resilientes y sostenibles. Como futuras líneas de investigación se plantean estudios empíricos como la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y desempeño organizacional; impacto del liderazgo transformacional y formación y desarrollo y estilos de liderazgo y los grados de innovación organizacional.

This study, based on a bibliographic review with a state-of-the-art approach, analyzes its understanding in the literature between 2021 and 2024. A total of 77 articles indexed in Scopus were selected, and after refining the data, 35 articles were analyzed, allowing the identification of its influence on mental health, organizational culture, innovation, sustainability, and workplace productivity. Notably, challenges in its implementation are evident, particularly in remote work environments and regulated sectors. The study concludes that transformational leadership contributes to change management and the creation of resilient and sustainable environments.
