Summary: | This article is born from the from the necessity to contextualize academic mathematics, thusachieving a better appropriation of knowledge and the development of mathematical skillsin seventh grade students. In the same way, the aim is to modernize the educational processby articulating the teaching activity with current trends in mathematical teaching, as is the case of mathematization. For this purpose, it was used as a methodology, the educationalethnography of qualitative type and the interview technique with open questions, which allowed to identify the interests of the learners. |
