Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015En términos generales, este documento habla principalmente de cómo elaborar un proyecto sustentable; partiendo desde la identificación de un problema el cual se describe como un problema de contaminación, perdida del espacio público, pérdida de un recurso hídrico y perdido de la biodiversidad natural. Hecha la identificación y el análisis previo se contextualiza, se plantea una metodología para solucionar el posible problema, detectando momentos históricos de la ciudad, aplicando la normativa actual de la ciudad y muy importante los criterios de sustentabilidad, que en generalizando es la base de este documento. En la parte de la protestación se proponen varios planes que pueden dar la solución a estos problemas desde la sustentabilidad y aplicando ideas de los referente estudiados a lo largo de la elaboración del proyecto sustentable. / Abstract: Associated with drug addiction problems are analyzed solutions that generate educational response to a vulnerable society arise. They want us to say that is to generate projects at different scales, which solve problems associated with pollution, poverty, lack of education and human sensitivity. Projects under implementation are studied and analyzed what were their planning strategies to propose different approaches at different scales, on the premiere solution to the problems described throughout the document.
