Con la presente investigación se pretende evidenciar si a pesar de este panorama, existen jóvenes en Risaralda que le apuesten al campo, si hay un relevo generacional efectivo. Las historias a continuación muestran que en el campo risaraldense hay esperanza, sí hay jóvenes que forman su vida en el campo, que ven buenas oportunidades. Hay futuro en el campo, aunque son contados con los dedos, se puede decir que hay muy buenos relatos de jóvenes detrás de estas siembras que a diario estamos esperando en la plaza de mercado, incluso personas esperándolas en el exterior. / Abstract: Agriculture has been a support for societies, however, in some countries it seems that the countryside has not been a priority, causing the new generations to leave their towns to look for opportunities in the big cities and little or no interest in agriculture. The purpose of this research is to show whether, in spite of this panorama, there are young people in Risaralda who are committed to the countryside, whether there is an effective generational replacement. The following stories show that there is hope in Risaralda's countryside, there are young people who make their lives in the countryside, who see good opportunities. There is a future in the countryside, although they are counted on the fingers, it can be said that there are very good stories of young people behind these crops that we are waiting for daily in the marketplace, even people waiting for them abroad.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
