For this purpose, a quantitative methodology was used with a cross-sectional descriptive approach, the data were collected through a survey that was applied virtually under informed consent to 511 participants who were working at home. According to the results, 47.7% experienced a medium level of fatigue, in dimensions related to physical load, mental load, psychophysiological effects and perception of changes in work dynamics. Likewise, positive experiences in confinement were identified, such as being and sharing more time with the family, and negative aspects on workers’ health. In conclusion, it is evident that there are symptoms associated with the different dimensions, experienced on a regular basis by the participants, affecting the quality of life of workers in the long term.
