El documento muestra además las falencias que se han dado a nivel de planificación y de qué manera influye al desarrollado la ciudad, las actuaciones negativa que se han dado de marea directa e indirectamente sobre el territorio. De igual manera hace ver la necesidad de una respuesta inmediata por parte de los diferentes Entes de planificación sobre la actual fragmentación de la ciudad en todos los ámbitos. Posteriormente se hace referencia a la manera como se debe consolidar la ciudad mediante la proyección e intervención de la ciudad a diferentes escalas con el fin de dar una posible solución que respondan a las problemáticas ya mencionadas. Abstract: This monograph has a brief description and reflection of the way in which the city of Pereira is consolidated and the changes that have arisen in it. so that we arrive at what is today said scenario. The document also shows the shortcomings that have occurred at a planning level and that influence the development of the city, the negative results that have occurred directly and indirectly on the territory. It also has to do with the need for an immediate response from the different planning bodies about the current fragmentation of the city in all areas.
