La organización inicialmente, no cumple con la normativa vigente detallada en el decreto 1072 de 2015 en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, por lo que el objetivo principal de la investigación fue Elaborar una propuesta de implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, que permita minimizar el riesgo de lesiones y enfermedades resultantes del ambiente y las condiciones en que se desempeñan los empleados de la empresa FARMATRIBUNAS. El desarrollo del trabajo se hizo a través de una investigación exploratoria y el método deductivo que buscó realizar una revisión normativa y en qué grado la empresa la está cumpliendo, a través del análisis de la situación actual de la compañía en cuanto a los elementos que puedan poner en riesgo la salud y la seguridad de sus empleados. Se comenzó realizando un diagnóstico inicial en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo siguiendo los estándares mínimos de la Resolución 1111 de 2017, dando un resultado de 27,75% en el cumplimiento, lo cual refleja que es crítico el estado en que se encuentra FARMATRIBIUNAS en los aspectos referentes a la protección del ambiente de trabajo y sus empleados, se continuo con la realización de una matriz de identificación de peligros y valoración de los riesgos con base en la Guía Técnica Colombiana GTC 45 del 2012, la cual como su nombre lo indica permitió determinar los peligros asociados a los procesos realizados en el sitio en que se realiza el trabajo y evaluar los riesgos que se derivan de dichos peligros, hallando como más altos los peligros relacionados con riesgo público, posturas prolongadas, accidentes de tránsito y viales en el personal operativo, en el personal de oficina los más importantes fueron los riesgos biomecánico, psicosocial y posturas prolongadas. Finalmente se fijan unas medidas de intervención que, acorde a los resultados obtenidos se elabora el plan de trabajo respectivo. El cual propone unas medidas de control importantes para prevenir y controlar los factores de riesgo a los que se exponen sus trabajadores y asimismo FARMATRIBUNAS comience a cumplir con las normas legales existentes en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Abstract: FARMATRIBUNAS is a family drugstore.
