In the same way, the research made it possible to collect data that yielded answers about the loss, repetition and desertion of students belonging to the training schoolEl siguiente artículo es el resultado de la investigación y el análisis en la Especialización en Pedagogía y Desarrollo Humano, cuyo punto de partida fueron las acciones de los estudiantes a partir de sus voces en la Fundación Manos Unidas de Dios, en Armenia, Quindío. El trabajo de investigación se fundamentó en una metodología mixta que consistió en el uso de herramientas, como encuestas con preguntas abiertas y cerradas, y exámenes intelectuales, para diagnosticar los problemas de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del programa.
