Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2019La implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental dentro de una organización, contribuye a la mitigación de los impactos de tipo ambiental que puedan ocasionarse con la actividad empresarial que se desarrolla, fortaleciendo de esta manera la imagen ante sus grupos de interés. La documentación del sistema, implica la definición de procesos, procedimientos, manuales, instructivos y formatos, que permiten evidenciar todas las tareas que se desarrollan y la asignación de responsabilidades para el control y seguimiento. Para ello, fue necesario iniciar el trabajo con un diagnóstico sobre los procesos de mantenimiento establecidos en la empresa SODEXO operación UTS-FIX Eje Cafetero, luego se continuó con la definición de los lineamientos y controles para las actividades que implican dicho proceso. Una vez concluidas estas dos etapas del trabajo, se procedió a elaborar la documentación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental basado en la Norma ISO 14001:2015, y finalmente, se desarrolló una guía de implementación de la estructura documental que indica el paso a paso que permite dar cumplimientos a los estándares exigidos por dicha norma.\ Abstract: The implementation of an Environmental Management System within an organization, contributes to the mitigation of the environmental impacts that may be caused by the business activity that is carried out, thus strengthening the image before its stakeholders. The documentation of the system implies the definition of processes, procedures, manuals, instructions and formats, which make it possible to demonstrate all the tasks that are carried out and the assignment of responsibilities for control and monitoring. For this, it was necessary to start the work with a diagnosis about the maintenance processes established in the company SODEXO UTS-FIX Eje Cafetero operation, then continued with the definition of the guidelines and controls for the activities that imply this process. Once these two stages of work were completed, the Environmental Management System documentation based on the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard was prepared, and finally, a document implementation guide was developed that indicates the step by step that allows comply with the standards required by said normUniversidad Católica de Pereira.
