Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2010Colombina S.A es una empresa Industrial de grupo familiar, que se ha sostenido durante largo tiempo en un sector fuertemente competitivo como lo es el sector de alimentos, en donde cuenta con un amplio portafolio de productos en dulces, chocolates, galletas, pasteles, salsas y conservas, helados; Van Camp's Y Café Buen Día son dos productos que la compañía distribuye para terceros en Colombia, los cuales le han permitido ampliar cada día su participación en el mercado nacional e internacional. Colombina S.A se caracteriza por ser una compañía altamente competitiva al producir y comercializar productos de excelente calidad, en donde brinda la confianza al consumidor al comprar bienes que ayudan a la alimentación de su familia y a su salud, ya que es una empresa que se ha comprometido con el entorno siendo socialmente responsables con cada uno de los stakeholders que los rodea. Para el segundo semestre del año 2010, el área de comercio exterior se enfoco en el mejoramiento con los proveedores de servicio en donde se definan criterios de evaluación, los cuales permitan medir la gestión integral y el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la empresa, de igual forma ampliar la cobertura tanto cualitativa como cuantitativamente en materia de confianza y crecimiento de los proveedores en cada uno de los procesos de la cadena de abastecimiento. La compañía desde sus inicios viene en un crecimiento continuo, lo que ha permitido ubicarse como una de las mejores compañías del país, en este caso Colombina S.A quiere asegurarse que los proveedores de servicio cumplan con una alta calidad, inocuidad y seguridad en los servicios que presta en la cadena de abastecimiento./ Asbtract: Colombina S.A is an Industrial business of part of family group, it has managed to maintain a leading position in a highly competitive sector, where it has an ample portafolio of products in candies, chocolates, crackers, cake, sauces and preserves, ice creams; Van Camp's AND Coffee Buen Día are two products that the company distributes for third parties in Colombia, which they has allowed them to expand each day their national and international market share. Colombina S.A. is known for being a highly competitive company that produce and commercializes products of excellent quality, it gives consumers confidence to buy goods that help the family diet and their health, this is a company that has committed with the environment and being socially responsible with each one of the stakeholders that surrounds them. For the second semester of year 2010, the area of foreign trade focused on the improvement of the service suppliers with the definition criteria of evaluation, which will allow the them to measure the integral management and the compliance of the requirements established by the company, in the same way expand the coverage so much qualitative as quantitative in matter of confidence and growth of the suppliers in each one of the processes of the supply chain.
