| Summary: | The existence of network conditions between urban units comprising the“Ciudad región Eje Cafetero” is studied; from the current paradigm of thenetwork of cities, which sees these as open organizations and in connectionwith their counterparts through interactions that occur in flows of people,goods and information. The identification of network relationships betweencities is done through direct methods based on the analysis of the flow of peoplebetween the municipalities of the city region, and with the support of systemstheory and application AGRAPH indicators are estimated by degree centrality,closeness and intermediation and from which evidence for the existence of thisnetwork and configuring poly-centric character of the spatial formation understudy is provided. |
