En el proyecto se incluyen materiales sostenibles y de salubridad los cuales ayudan a disminuir el impacto en el medio ambiente y dan beneficios a la vivienda con relación a la pandemia que se vive actualmente (2020), por lo tanto, se busca desarrollar espacios que brinden confort, seguridad y armonía a las familias que lo habitan. Abstract: The present written work consists in developing the model of a two-family home, in order to densify the population of the municipality of Yopal, Casanare, the project includes sustainable and healthiness materials to reduce the impact on the environment and gives benefits to the housing in relation to the pandemic, what is currently being lived(2020), therefore it seeks to develop spaces that provide comfort, safety and harmony to the families that inhabit it.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
