Este valor agregado es bastante apetecido en el mercado exterior y por el que pagan un alto precio para conseguirlo. Siguiendo este orden de ideas, se quiso idear un café pero con un sector del mercado en específico. La idea es un café para mujer (café pink bourbon), el cual tiene unas características muy particulares que impiden que las personas con alta sensibilidad al café puedan consumir esta bebida sin el temor de que sea de difícil digestión para el organismo. Para cumplir con este objetivo fue necesario hacer una evaluación objetiva acerca de las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas (DOFA) del mercado al que se quiere llegar, costos de producción y las variables macroeconómicas de EE.UU. Abstract: The "special coffee" is a singular variety of coffee, but it contains special characteristics in its process that give it an added value in flavor and aroma that a normal coffee does not have. This added value is what is quite desirable in the foreign market and for which the customer pays a high price to achieve it. Following this logic, the idea was to create a coffee but with a specific market sector. The idea is a coffee for women (coffee pink bourbon), which has very specific characteristics that prevent people with coffee sensitive stomach from consuming this drink without the fear that it is difficult for the body to digest.
