Para esta investigación cualitativa desarrollada por el método descriptivo, se desarrolló un modelo Canvas en el cual se describieron y analizaron cada uno de los nueve puntos sugeridos en el modelo propuesto por Alexander Osterwalder. Se obtuvo como resultado una viabilidad en términos comerciales, económicos y operativos para la construcción de estas viviendas, dado el alto nivel de aceptación por parte del mercado objetivo (consumidores verdes) y las tendencias de consumo que rigen la comercialización a nivel global de viviendas.The following document establishes a viable and cost-effective business model for the construction sector based on sustainable practices that enable paradigm transformation and the change of the traditional construction model. For this qualitative research developed by the descriptive method, a Canvas model was developed in which each of the nine points suggested in the model proposed by Alexander Osterwalder was described and analyzed. The result was a commercial, economic and operational feasibility for the construction of these homes, given the high level of acceptance by the target market (green consumers) and the consumer trends that govern the global housing marketing.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
