Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.Resumen: Estudiar el comportamiento relacionado con las condiciones personales y el desempeño laboral en las organizaciones es una cuestión que suscita interés en la comunidad académica. Nuestro objetivo fue estudiar la relación la calidad de vida laboral (CVL) y las creencias de Autoeficacia Laboral (AEL) en docentes de educación superior; además, determinamos las diferencias de factores moduladores (Contratación, tipo de organización y nivel de escolaridad). Con una muestra intencional de 100 docentes de educación superior pertenecientes a instituciones de los departamentos de Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío y Valle del Cauca de Colombia, con un rango de edad entre 25 y 65 años, (Medad= 41.2, DE=10.2). Los participantes después de firmar el consentimiento informado completaron el Cuestionario ad-hoc para información pertinente a los factores estudiados, el GOHISALO para la medida CVL, y el AU-10 para la AEL. Los resultados mostraron que a mayor CVL mayor AEL. Los profesores cuya contratación es de planta se perciben con mejor seguridad en el trabajo y mayor autoeficacia que los catedráticos. Así mismo se observó que el soporte institucional y seguridad en el trabajo es diferente en instituciones privadas comparadas con las públicas. Estos resultados permiten estimar algunos factores moduladores en la relación de CVL y AEL, además sugerimos estudios de mayor control metodológico. \ Abstract : Studying behavior related to personal conditions and work performance in organizations is an issue that arouses interest in the academic community. In this project, our objective was to study the relationship between the quality of work life (CVL) and the beliefs of labor Self-Efficacy (AEL) in higher educational teachers; Furthermore, we determined some differences of modulating factors (hiring, type of organization, and level of schooling). With an intentional sample of 100 higher educational teachers who belong to institutions of the departments of Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío and Valle del Cauca of Colombia, with an age range between 25 and 65 years, (Medad= 41.2, DE=10.2). The participants after signing the informed consent completed the ad-hoc questionnaire for information relevant to the factors studied, the GOHISALO for the CVL measure, and the AU-10 for the AEL. The outcomes showed that the higher the CVL the higher the AEL. The teachers, who have permanent hiring, are perceived with better security in the work and greater self-efficacy than the teachers who have not permanent hiring. It was also observed that institutional support and job security is different in private institutions compared to public institutions.
