Por medio de este trabajo se caracterizó el proceso y se identificó los problemas de almacenamiento que actualmente tiene la organización, y se describió el estado actual de la bodega de almacenamiento. Posteriormente se validó y se realizó la propuesta con base en las teorías abordadas la posible mejor alternativa de distribución de planta, con la cual la empresa mejoraría sus niveles de productividad. Abstract: The present investigation aims to offer the company Formesan S.A.S. an improvement proposal based on the redistribution of the storage area, which provides organizational benefits such as increased utility, minimization of downtime, mitigation and / or elimination of reprocessing, maximization of service levels, among others. Through this work, the process was characterized and the storage problems that the organization currently has were identified, and the current state of the storage warehouse was described.
