El objetivo de este trabajo fue finalizar el impacto de la formación en las habilidades para la vida en líderes juveniles, tanto como destacar su importancia desde un enfoque cualitativo. se empleó una entrevista semiestructurada construida en función de las categorías comportamental, cognitiva, afectiva, liderazgo e impacto en el contexto donde los participantes fueron 16 mayores de 18 años pertenecientes a la Fundación Tibi Rident de la ciudad de Pereira, Risaralda. Dejando como resultado las HpV como uno de los factores protectores frente a conductas de riesgo que se presentan en los adolescentes. / Abstract: Life Skills are a set of social skills that seek the social and personal development of individuals and have great influence in different areas of the individual's life, due to their relational dimension and their influence in some areas of their life. The objective of this work was to analyze the impact of training in life skills in youth leaders, as well as to highlight its importance from a qualitative approach, a semi-structured interview was used, built according to the behavioral, cognitive, affective, leadership categories and impact in the context where the participants were 16 young people over 18 years old belonging to the Tibi Rident Foundation of the city of Pereira, Risaralda.
