Se busca a través de la resolución de vivienda atraer el uso residencial al centro, mediante estrategias de espacios colectivos generados por las estancias y la vegetación que se integran en la gran manzana, disminuyendo la contaminación auditiva y climática. Asimismo, busca el respeto de la relación entre las edificaciones de uso patrimonial en un balance entre lo nuevo y lo viejo, que mantiene intacta la identidad de la zona y a su vez la renueva para mejorar las relaciones entre los nuevos residentes y la población instalada. Mediante las diferentes escalas municipal, ciudad e individual de cada manzana se empieza a configurar la propuesta y permite ver como se llega de lo más macro a lo micro. Esto permitiendo identificar las potencialidades de la gran manzana y como aportaría al proyecto de proyectos del centro histórico de Cartago. Se definen estrategias para planta de primer piso e intermedias, para definir límites y condiciones en cada manzana y así manejar un lenguaje similar. A partir del segundo piso se busca una continuidad entre las manzanas manteniéndola como una sola, conectadas por una serie de pasillos y en su centro con una plataforma que une las manzanas. Se resalta la relación interior que se dan entre la vivienda y el vacío interior del módulo, que busca su orden, posibilita la luz, e integra la vegetación. En la configuración del cuarto piso de manera escalonada, se posiciona al centro de la plataforma y es desde esta altura que se ve la visual de la ciudad, de las demás manzanas, manteniendo y demostrando la relación exterior del sistema modular y la ciudad. / Abstract: The purpose as a whole is to strengthen the scenarios for social integration complementary to the activities stipulated by each block, in order to convert a single space into relationships of coexistence, closeness and development, through the union of the 4 blocks as potential; what this area seeks is to reduce the impact that commerce has on the center of Cartago and in that sense the big apple, through its configuration, manages to reduce it by generating living spaces and vegetation through a rhythm of light and shade that decongests the city as for the automobile, and the incursion of the commerce on this. Through the resolution of housing, it is sought to attract residential use to the center, through strategies of collective spaces generated by the rooms and vegetation that are integrated into the Big Block, reducing noise and climatic pollution. Likewise, it seeks to respect the relationship between buildings for patrimonial use in a balance between the new and the old, which keeps the identity of the area intact and in turn renews it to improve the relations between the new residents and the installed population. Through the different municipal scales, city and individual of each block, the proposal begins to be configured and allows us to see how it goes from the most macro to the micro. This allows us to identify the potential of the Big Block and how to contribute to the project of projects in the historic center of Cartago. Strategies are defined for the first floor and intermediate floors, to define limits and conditions in each block and thus handle a similar language. Starting from the second floor, a continuity is sought between the blocks, keeping it as one, connected by a series of corridors and in its center with a platform that connects the blocks. The interior relationship that exists between the house and the interior void of the module is highlighted, which seeks its order, enables light, and integrates vegetation.
