Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015Analizaremos 2 diferentes tipos de vivienda, con diferentes tipos de sistemas constructivos y estructurales, donde iremos indagando y desarrollando las técnicas que se adapten más a la idea que queremos tener, siempre teniendo en cuenta que deben ser viviendas de bajo costo pero de gran calidad en sus espacios internos. Optamos por utilizar el bagazo de la caña de azúcar como material principal y un sistema modular que nos permite innovar y hacer un aporte con el uso del material, y también nos permite un mejor desarrollo de la espacialidad dentro de la vivienda, por igual el desarrollo de este material, conseguido en la zona permitirá que las mismas personas que habiten la vivienda sepan usarlo de la mejor manera de forma constructiva. /Abstract: We analyze 2 different housing types, with different types of construction and structural systems , where we will be investigating and developing techniques that adapt more to the idea that we have always given to be homes of low cost but high quality its internal spaces .
