From the voices of some teachers from the Coffee region, Colombia overtakes a tour on life experiences, methodological runs for several moments. A notice of the problem to investigate, an identifi cation of who or with whom to carry out the process, an epistemic recognition, other research, a conduct fi eldwork and analysis of information that has a qualitative approach. Hermeneutics is the base that supports the reconfi guration of the information received. The results show that it is possible, despite the violence, to generate teaching strategies, classroom time to counteract the stigma of violence and equip students with a better understanding of reality.Pensar en las difi cultades de aprendizaje y su relación directa con la violencia social es convocar imágenes desoladoras; de hecho, las violencias inciden en el desarrollo de la vida comunitaria, en las expectativas de vida, en las opciones de futuro, en la desconfi anza institucional e impacta las apuestas formativas, cuyos rigores afectan el rendimiento intelectual inciden en el abandono escolar. Desde las voces de unos profesores en el Eje Cafetero, Colombia se adelanta un recorrido por sus experiencias vitales, lo metodológico transcurre por varios instantes. Un darse cuenta, el percatarse del problema a indagar, un identifi car los quienes o población, con quien llevar a cabo el proceso, un reconocer epistémicos, otras investigaciones, un realizar el trabajo de campo y análisis de la información que tiene un corte cualitativo. La hermenéutica es la base que fundamenta la reconfi guración de la información recibida.
