Y en aras de lograr esta meta, se diseñó Todos a aprender: el Programa de Transformación de la Calidad Educativa, cuyo propósito es mejorar los aprendizajes de los estudiantes de básica primaria (de transición a quinto) en lenguaje y matemáticas del país, de establecimientos educativos que muestran desempeño insuficiente”. (MEN, 2019, p1) Una de las figuras importantes que forma parte del Programa Todos Aprender es el tutor, quien es un maestro en ejercicio que va a acompañar a otros maestros desde uno de los componentes del PTA que es el acompañamientoincitu (hacer presencia en la institución), un docente que el MEN capacita permanentemente (formación). El tutor inicia su labor en la Institución Educativa donde fue asignado, trabaja de la mano con los directivos y acompaña a los demás docentes apoyando y orientando las prácticas de aula, desarrollando protocolos en sesiones de trabajo situado en laboratorios pedagógicos. De esta manera, se fortalecen los conocimientos didácticos y el trabajo en comunidades de aprendizaje. El PTA es un programa del MEN, llega a todos los rincones del país para trabajar en equipo con las comunidades, contribuyendo a la calidad educativa en este caso del Centro Educativo La Maria de municipio de Mistrató, en el cual es posible descrbir las practicas pedagógicas en los grados de educación inicial. /Abstract: The sectorial plan of the Ministry of National Education "Quality education, the path to prosperity" 2010¬ - 2014, sets out as its main objective "the improvement of educational quality at all levels, from early childhood to higher education.
