spelling Zapata Rivera, Sandra Milena2019-08-16T14:17:32Z2019-08-16T14:17:32Z2019-07-15http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5379Trabajo de Grado (Especialista en Gestión Humana en las Organizaciones), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019Este trabajo propone estrategias de contratación para la ESE Hospital local de primer nivel de atención en salud en el departamento del Valle del Cauca, que impacten positivamente en la institución desde el contexto de la gestión humana y del área financiera, para este propósito se realizó un diagnóstico del modelo de contratación actual, determinando sus modalidades; se analizó el diagnostico psicosocial existente frente a la desigualdad que los diferentes tipos de vinculación, se elaboró un análisis financiero que permitió determinar la viabilidad económica de la organización para asumir la vinculación directa de sus trabajadores de acuerdo a la normatividad legal vigente, y se definieron algunas estrategias de contratación para mejorar las condiciones de los colaboradores y ajustada la realidad financiera de la empresa. Abstract: This paper proposes recruitment strategies for the ESE Hospital local first level of health care in the Department of Valle del Cauca, which positively impact the institution from the context of Human Management and financial area, for this purpose an diagnosis of the current hiring model, determining its modalities; the existing psychosocial diagnosis was analyzed in front of the inequality that the different types of connection, a financial analysis was elaborated that allowed to determine the economic viability of the organization to assume the direct connection of its workers according to the current legal normativity, and they were defined some hiring strategies to improve the conditions of the employees and adjusted the financial reality of the company.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
