Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010En la presente investigación se planteó como pregunta problema, el nivel de congruencia y coherencia en la manifestación de la identidad corporativa, a partir del comportamiento, la comunicación y el simbolismo, componentes del Mix de Identidad propuesto por el autor Cees Van riel. La RED ALMA MATER, fue la institución donde se aplicó la teoría por medio de instrumentos para la recolección de información, entrevistas, encuestas, diarios de campo, Método SOCIPO, manual de identidad, que permitieron hacer la correlación entre la realidad de la organización y la teoría. El haber observado el nivel de congruencia y coherencia de la Identidad Corporativa manifestada desde el comportamiento, la comunicación y el simbolismo, en la RED ALMA MATER, permitió concluir, la vital importancia de estos tres elementos, en el sentido de manejar una armonización en el lenguaje, es decir, la congruencia y coherencia de la información. In the present investigation, the level of congruence and coherence in the manifestation of corporate identity, based on behavior, communication and symbolism, components of the Identity Mix proposed by the author Cees Van Riel, was raised as a problem question. The ALMA MATER NETWORK, was the institution where the theory was applied by means of instruments for the collection of information, interviews, surveys, field diaries, SOCIPO Method, identity manual, which allowed to make the correlation between the reality of the organization and the theory. Having observed the level of congruence and coherence of the Corporate Identity manifested from behavior, communication and symbolism, in the RED ALMA MATER, allowed to conclude, the vital importance of these three elements, in the sense of managing a harmonization in the language, that is, the congruence and coherence of the information.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
